To put Lithium-ion battery in the battery box, then tight the box in elastic gaiter.
To adjust the elastic gaiter and tight in the foot-naked.
To stuff the insole into shoes and depend on the left and right site, then take out out DC power cord(the power cord islinked with foot pad).
To put the plug in the power card to the stock on the battery box.
Put on the shoes and switch"ON" on the battery box, the feet pad brings the thermal energy.
